Property Taxes in Mohave County

Property Taxes in Arizona are calculated on the value of your property, which is determined each year by the county assessor. If you're interested in detailed information about the methodology used by the assessor, please take a look at Understanding Arizona Property Taxes.

Once the assessor determines the value of a property, a "Notice of Value" is mailed to the property owner.

You have the right to appeal the valuation of your property. The deadline to appeal 2009 valuations is April 29, 2008.
