Julie Florez Cruz

Originally from Long Beach, California, and after years of vacationing in Bullhead City, Julie moved here in 2017 upon retiring from a 25+ year career in Southern California as a General Manager of Shopping Malls.   As a General Manager, she was responsible for the day-to-day operations, revenue performance, contract and lease negotiations for the mall(s) which ranged in size from 350,000 square feet to 1.1 million square feet.  Her prior commercial real estate experience provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in residential real estate.  

Julie resides in Bullhead City with her husband John, a retired Vietnam Veteran. She spends her time reading and enjoying the natural wonders Bullhead City and its neighboring communities offer. Julie is a member of Pharoahs Car Club of Arizona and she supports several great nonprofit organizations such as Soles for Souls.
